Here are the items that we need in order to get your loan into processing. Once your processor has reviewed the loan application and documentation, he/she could ask for more documentation as needed. Our goal is to obtain a speedy approval, so your prompt attention to these items is greatly appreciated!
INCOME
- Copy of most recent paystubs covering a one-month or greater period
- W2's for the past 2 years
- 1099's
- Tax returns for the past 2 years. All pages, all schedules
- (if you have not yet filed your return this year, please send in your extension)
- YTD profit and loss statement and balance sheet
VETERANS
- DD214 or Statement of Service
- If applicable, transfer orders to your new duty station
ASSETS
- Most recent bank statements, all pages for all accounts (if printing off the internet, they must include your name, full account number, a beginning and ending balance with all activity in between last 3 months)
REFINANCE
- Current mortgage statement, 1 Lein, 2nd Lein
- Mortgage Note
- Copy of current mortgage statement
HOUSING
- Current and previous addresses for the previous 2 years
- Name and phone number of landlord(s)
- Name and phone number of your insurance company who will be handling your insurance on your new home loan (if you need a recommendation, please ask
- Copy of most recent insurance dee page and mortgage statement on all properties you own
- Settlement statement from the original closing on your home
- Property taxes for all properties owned
- Copy of lease agreements on rental properties
OTHER
Copy of driver's license and Social Security card for all borrowers (include front and back of resident alien card please, if applicable)
